These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding corporate consensus executed between you, whether functioning personally or acting on behalf of an enterprise asset entity ("Client", "Licensee", or "you") and AdVerify Systems LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your operational interaction with the AdVerify Systems software-as-a-service tracking architecture, client endpoints, APIs, and CDN edge script deployments.

By prescribing, installing, or requesting live request tokens through our system nodes, you affirm that you possess the necessary administrative permissions to bind your infrastructure assets to these provisions. If you do not accept these criteria in full, you must terminate your data allocations and purge all distributed script tags immediately.

02 / Infrastructure Service Parameters & Operational Boundaries

AdVerify Systems acts strictly as an asynchronous serverless utility platform executing telemetry audits, verification log compilation, and real-time packet-attribute structural checking. All diagnostic data feeds, scoring models, and request reports are deployed via localized edge worker allocations to ensure high availability and preserve client-side performance matrices.

Engineering Boundary Notice: Because our verification loops run as non-blocking, asynchronous telemetry checkscripts, the final server-side rules, access permissions, firewall block patterns, or redirection criteria configured inside your cloud network remain the absolute engineering liability of the Client.

03 / Subscription Models, Predictable Billing, & Overage Safety

Billing Regularity: System accounts are provisioned under a flat, upfront subscription format recurring at rolling 30-day windows or annualized terms as explicitly selected on our pricing directory interface.

No Surprise Surcharges: We enforce an open, surprise-free transparency policy. In the event your domains exceed their selected monthly request processing quotas, our systems will never execute unannounced automated financial drafts from your saved billing methods. Instead, volume overages will safely trigger automated dashboard notifications or transition excess packets to standard processing queues in full alignment with your dashboard-configured throttling protocols.

04 / 14-Day System Evaluation & Self-Service Cancellation

Evaluation Guarantee: We provide a direct, unconditional 14-day data evaluation window. If our telemetry accuracy, API response speeds, or integration scripts do not meet your technical expectations during the first fourteen (14) days following account activation, you may contact our accounting desk directly at compliance@ad-verify.com to receive a full, 100% refund of your initial subscription capital.

Self-Service Cancellation: Plan structures can be downgraded, suspended, or scheduled for termination at any time with a single click inside the secure account dashboard panel under Billing Configurations. Cancellations must be logged prior to renewal initialization to cancel downstream cycles.

05 / Acceptable Use & Search Engine Crawler Protection Mandate

Licensees guarantee that their integration of our analytical data logs complies thoroughly with all international ad platform terms, webmaster guidelines, and local marketing compliance regulations.

Our software enforces rigorous automated whitelisting to guarantee the unhindered parsing of verified search engine bots (e.g., Googlebot, Bingbot). Any attempts to subvert or modify these native crawling exceptions to deliberately alter regular search engine index configurations are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate profile suspension without liability.

06 / Limitation of Liability & Infrastructure SLAs

In no scenario shall AdVerify Systems LLC, its network engineers, or its corporate shareholders be held responsible for any platform downtime, database errors, hosting overhead variations, ad campaign balance distribution discrepancies, or indexing modifications arising from code implementations executed on your servers. Service infrastructure analytics are delivered on an "as-is" basis.

07 / Governing Law & Legal Venue Jurisdictions

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in strict compliance with the legal codes of New Mexico, United States of America. Any formal legal claims, dispute escalations, or arbitration processes tied directly to this service contract shall be processed exclusively inside the state or federal court boundaries of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
