Acceptable Use Guidelines
Last Updated: May 21, 2026 | System Version: #AV-AUP-2026-V1
| Prohibited Vector | System Definition | Automated Remediation Action |
|---|---|---|
| Crawler Masking | Manipulating tags to cloak standard search indexing engines | Immediate Instance Revocation |
| API Overloading | Deliberate burst stress attacks bypassing throttling limits | Asynchronous Packet Throttling |
| Reverse Compilation | Probing telemetry endpoints or decompiling client-side scripts | Permanent IP Block & Suspension |
| Identity Forgery | Spoofing administrative account credentials or corporate files | Profile Deactivation |
01 / Core Directive & Purpose
These Acceptable Use Guidelines define the strict operational limits and infrastructure rules governing the use of the data validation scripts, application programming interfaces (APIs), software applications, and analytics pipelines provided by AdVerify Systems LLC.
This framework ensures the stability, reliability, and cryptographic integrity of our global serverless edge checking network. Every client infrastructure component deploying our snippets must continuously remain inside these parameters.
02 / Forbiddden Infrastructure Manipulation
Licensees and third-party systems are explicitly banned from misusing our telemetry pipelines to disrupt web services. Prohibited actions include:
- Malicious Automation: Using our edge validation infrastructure to design, deploy, test, or fine-tune high-frequency scraping networks or algorithmic botnets.
- API Flooding: Directing raw, un-throttled automated packet stress tests toward our endpoint clusters outside of pre-arranged enterprise testing parameters.
- Reverse Engineering: Probing our analytical scoring mechanisms, parsing raw minified runtime code, or decompiling edge tracking modules to replicate the core classification logic.
03 / Search Engine & Crawling Integrity Rule
Our technology is engineered with automated safety locks to protect verified, public search utility crawlers (e.g., Googlebot, Bingbot, Applebot).
Using our tools to mask, distort, or deliberately break regular indexing pathways for these legitimate search engine systems is a severe violation. Any configuration designed to block search bots under the guise of fake telemetry verification will lead to immediate account termination.
04 / Account Allocation Boundaries
An account access token is restricted solely to the domains and administrative team members declared within your cloud profile. Sharing your API credentials publicly, embedding root keys in open client-side code repositories, or reselling sub-licenses to non-affiliated entities without clear written approval from our operations desk is strictly forbidden.
05 / Enforcement Rules & Incident Mitigation
If our logging filters detect an active anomaly, high error-rate triggers, or behaviors that violate this policy, AdVerify Systems LLC reserves the right to take immediate action to protect our infrastructure.
This includes placing temporary rate throttles on the offending domain, suspending active script rendering keys, or completely banning the account profile. We maintain sole discretion when identifying system abuse vectors and determining the appropriate path toward remediation.
06 / Reporting System Abuse Vectors
If you believe a domain utilizing our scripts is violating these guidelines or interfering with your network infrastructure, please report the incident directly to our security engineering desk:
